Search for Baristas

Hi all, I've just found this site and thought I'd do a shout out. Does anyone know of any experienced baristas (preferably Australian/NZers) interested in working for a startup cafe in the Fitzrovia area. I'm from Melbourne and am planning to open my cafe in the next couple of months (after a site refurb).
