Latte Art Throwdown @ Catalina Coffee
$20 to enter - winner takes all.
Baristas will have 7 minutes to make up to three lattes, choose one to present to three judges. Judging will be based on symmetry, contrast, and technical difficulty and complexity of the art. Free-pour only, no etching.

We survived. Was a bit crazy here, being one of the few shops open after the storm, but it was nice to have a cafe to operate. We are still on for the Throwdown and I should have the 3 group Synesso up and running for the event, The 3 group FAEMA Legend will still be available as well.

Sorry suckers, looks like I won't be in attendance. It's the anniversary weekend, and we might be having some friends over that night to celebrate. If, for some reason, it were to work out, I'll be blowing through the gallons in preparation (here's to hoping it helps!)
