Event Description
This is a more advanced lab focusing on different espresso methods, tamping, dosing, etc. Crema or no crema? Light tamp or heavy tamp? 20 second shot, 25 second shot, or 30 second shot? Single Origin Espresso? This is not your mama's espresso.
(Keep in mind, this lab is for baristas who have a proper understanding of creating espresso already, it's not a beginners lab. You must already have a working understanding of how to pull an SCAA standard shot of espresso.)
