This is the same course that was offered in Long Beach in October, and will emphasize polishing and tweaking your performance for the upcoming local regionals. The one-day format allows local baristas to attend without having to spend a fortune on a hotel in NYC. Also, each day is limited to 8 students for maximum hands-on time.

World Barista Champion and WBC Certified Judge Stephen Morrissey and Barista Training Specialist Ellie Matuszak present a pioneering new coffee course focusing on the essentials of competing in Barista Competitions including current trends and rule changes.Over the course of two days, students will have hands-on experience with the new WBC Espresso Machine, the Nuova Simonelli Aurelia, and learn strategies for delivering an outstanding performance including practice strategies, technical and sensory techniques, and confidence on stage. Learn from the world's best how to get the most from your competition experience!
