Drink Local Coffee Festival, hosted at Cuvee Coffee in Spicewood. Whether your love for coffee is professional or recreational, this event will offer a taste of Austin’s burgeoning coffee culture. Sample coffee and coffee drinks from Central Texas’s favorite coffee roasters as well as Christen's Gourmet Pralines serving pralines and beignets. Each roaster will also have coffee beans and products available for sale. Enjoy talks and panels discussions on coffee topics including how to brew and the differences between fair trade and direct trade.

As part of the event, there will also be a Latte Art Throwdown, presented in tournament style brakcets. Mano a mano. The $10 buy in will be donated to the charity, Urban Roots, with prizes for the top three finishers graciously donated by local business. Come strut your barista skills, or come cheer on your favorite local barista...who knows, we might even learn a thing or two from eachother.
