Batdorf's second Olympia Manual Brewing Battle will be held after-hours at our Espresso Bar, across the street from the Olympia Farmer's Market.

(UPDATE!) The Coffee: Olympia Coffee Roasters has offered to supply their new Colombia Finca la Florida for the Battle!

Brewing equipment, hot water, Ditting Grinder & coffee will be provided. Competitors are welcome to bring their own equipment if they wish. A half-pound of whole beans will be available for each competitor the week before the battle. Be sure to sign up in advance to secure your coffee. Late entries are accepted, though the half-pound will not be available.

Judges will do a blind tasting of the coffees, using a simple scoresheet and discussion to choose the best cup.
