At the Western Regional Barista Competition

The SCAA is holding a Skill Building Workshop over a two day period from February 27th – 28th, 9am – 12pm each day of the barista competition. Come out and take classes that apply towards your Barista Guild and Roasters Guild Certification and stay after to watch your favorite barista compete in this regional competition.

• GE103_Introduction to Cupping
o The is a BGA level One Certification Course
o This is Roasters Guild Certification Course, Apprentice Level - A3
Sunday:
• GE202_Comparative Cupping
o This is a BGA Certification Course - Level Two
o This is Roasters Guild Certification Course, Journeyman Level - J2
CLASS LEVELS
• The 100-level classes are Beginner Level
• The 200-level classes are Intermediate Level
