The UBC is a unique dueling format of Barista Competition designed to challenge professional baristi, in a fast paced, fun environment with diverse categories of Latte Art, Espresso Frappe, Espresso Cocktail and Best of Brew Challenges. Categories that will expand the role of a barista and educate chefs and others about the importance a barista can be to their businesses and showcase the barista creativity.

The Ultimate Barista Challenge (UBC) is an open competition. Baristi enter and compete in a qualifying round and those who win go on to challenge an Ultimate Barista of their choice to compete in a one-on-one dueling final contest of fast-paced espresso excellence.
