Ooo, Made in America, printed in America... I'd like to know too!
We are working with cafe folks to print shirts. They are printed here in Olympia and American Apparel as well as some other sweatshop free American made styles are available. It isn't on our site yet but should be just after Coffee Fest Seattle. There is a minimum amount of shirts to print but I know from experience it is low for a silk screen shop.
My buddy has a company designing t-shirts and stuff. His website is http://amb3r.com

His name is jeremy and his number is 615-260-5883 there stuff is real good.
I have some resources here in south GA, also in Atlanta area, if you have the design/logo all that good stuff msg me I can get you in contact with my folks..
Contact Scott Silverstine at Doxpress Inc. for high quality screened tees, responsive service and most competitive pricing. Tel. 800-999-3676, email ss@formsonline.com
I'm not sure if they have organic cotton but Buxton Brown printing has always rocked for me
customink.com and you can design right there online yourself.
The guys who used to print the Viva Barista T-shirts do a good job and will do custom orders of 12 and up. http://modifiedprinting.com Ask for Ben and tell him Matt sent you.

You can also contact David or Terry at Espresso Parts as they also do printing, like the new baristaexchange.com shirts.
