Hi Kenny - I've visited your shop many times over the past year. Learning about the business. Decided to pass ont he coffee shop and start roasting on an Ambex. I've been roasting at home for two years and decided to move on up to drum roasting - moved roaster into roasting room at home tonight. Not much room but will work for now. You guys inspired me to keep moving and it has got me where I am today.
