didnt really think of that..
but im not really that intense yet to do multiples..
That just may lay outside of my meager abilities... but yes, that would do the trick, thanks! (I've got almost an entire year!)

What I have done for good etching chocolate is to mix a couple of espresso shots into a small squeeze bottle of chocolate. If you mix too much it will dilute on the surface of your drink. Not enough will cause the chocolate to remain too dense and sink. Just enough will not only give you a good tight line of chocolate, but when you drag through it it will behave correctly as well. BUT... free pour is really the way to go on most drinks. I try to save the etching for special holidays, like jack-o-lanterns for Halloween, Christmas trees for Christmas, eggs for Easter, etc...
