We are to launch a new coffee shop in Newcastle upon Tyne , England, this will be a new venture for us, we have 3 other small businesses and this will be an addition to these. Although this is something we are new to we aim to offer our market the best quality coffee made to the highest of standards anywhere in the Newcastle area. It will be all about the quality of the coffee in whichever style required in an upmarket relaxed ambiance where the customer will be educated on the history and future and of coffee.
We are looking for experienced Barista's to complement our staffing requirements, they should be experts in their field and be focused on customer service, the coffee quality and be open to future training and competition entries to further their excellence. Successfull applicants are expected to be ready to step up to manage the shop as further expansion is planned, therefore loyalty, professionalism, corporate awareness, financial competency and pure honesty are required.
