I so agree with Spencer on Brasil, a wonderful, vibrant country that I am really looking forward to returning to soon.
I have been only once, about 2 years ago to participate in the quality cupping competition in Patrocinio, Minas Gerais and what a fun and educational experience it was, travelling from Fazenda to Fazenda, drinking Cachaca....lots of Cachaca. I was able to select the 4th place winning lot for my espresso blend.....and now I am selling these same coffees here and this year we will be arranging trips to tour and stay on the farms and possibly select a lot to direct import.
