I really enjoyed hearing from Brian Reynolds, manager of the downtonw Puyallup Forza. His information was inspiring and yet very practicle and easy to put into practice at our own Forza. It was also good to hear the exciting things going on coorporately and in the individual Forza's. Thanks, Shiloh and Brad, for your committment to all of us!
