This morning I enjoyed an amazing Ethiopian Kellensoo Sidamo from Green Street Coffee based out of Philadelphia,Pa. I visited their small-batch Roastery and was able to learn so much and sample a few of their coffee's they offer. It was an amazing experience.

100% Arabica from the highest mountain in the Philippines, Mt. Apo. Sorted personally, slowly roasted till medium dark, medium ground, pour over in a v60, 5 mins brewed, = satisfaction acquired
