Best beans for my Silvia (The machine - Not my sister!))
Lite Roast or Medium? I like Lite roasted and Medium the best so far. Dark or "Espresso" seem to be too bitter and don't express the true flavor and body of the bean. I also think "over roasting" could possibly cook away the volatile oils. What do you think? Am I Crazy?

Top 3? hmmm.... i think that changes with new crops, or my mood. but for top 3 right now....
1. Ethiopian Harrar.... the blueberry is outrageous!
2. Mexican Pulped Natural.... totally different than any mexican i've every encountered
3. Sumatra. what can i say, i love it! (so long as it is roasted well!)
