Have anyone found a fair and easy way to distribute tips to employees, taking into account differing shifts etc? Would love to hear some feedback, thank you!

We also have staff divide tips at the end of each shift.
Even if it's an overlap shift, the tip jar gets emptied when the new member comes on and it starts fresh.
I think tips are a bonus, and as such the shifts with the better tips (i.e. busier shifts) should be rewarded to the best baristas. If good baristas out number busy shifts, we rotate the best shifts every week.
