what kind of chocolate powder/syrup/mix do you use for your mochas?

"Where do you get your syrups? I thought Fontana was a brand only available through Starbucks?"

 

We are "food service" customers of Seattle's Best (owned by Starbucks) and have been for almost 3 years. As such, we are allowed to buy the Fontana brand syrups.

 

I will say, that recently I have been trying individual bottles of flavored syrups (Monin,

Da Vinci, Torani) from Barista Pro Shop. Excellent service and large selection.

Oh! That makes sense. 

Also, BPS is fantastic. I recommend you try the Sweetbird syrups as well. The smoothie mixes are astounding.
