Looking to attract kiwi baristas who are interested in doing their OE in Toronto, Canada. Also, looking for an assistant roaster.
Is there a good job site in NZ that could be a good place to advertise these opportunities?

Mate, you and me both> "Looking to attract kiwi baristas who are interested in doing their OE.... Also, looking for an assistant roaster."

We have used Trademe.co.nz for filling job applications in NZ and we had an excellent response. For Indonesia it has proven a litle more difficu;lt, although I think the bad press Indo has had over the last decade has contributed to that. From memory Trademe.co.nz charges about NZ$90 for a posting. We got our roastmaster in Auckland through the site...
Thanks for the quick reply Alun. I thought about Trademe....There seem to be quite a few kiwis who travel to Canada for their OE, thought it may be worthwhile advertising. Especially to find an assistant roaster.
You could also try the JET program, which is a program for University Students in their last year. I did it back in 89/90 and ended up doing a full year in the US. Essentially you would be able to probably get a grad with coffee experience. If they liked Canada, and I am sure they probably would, then you might get a good longterm prospect.
