I'm moving to Williston, North Dakota and would love to work in coffee a few mornings a week.  I keep hearing about all the money to be made in the area and am lucky enough to have a friend who has offered me housing, so I'm moving there in two weeks.  Any baristas up there with advice about the area?

Or, does anyone know what the most popular, best shops are in Williston?  I'm currently managing a great little shop in the middle of the desert on the way to Moab, and we serve very high quality product.  I'd like to find a shop in Williston that also only uses the best of the best products on the market, anyone out there know anything about the coffee in the area?
