Back bar layout. We have been in business for a few years, we moved in to an old Restaurant space, so dishwashing was at the other end of the café. We are looking into placing a small three bin sink up front  so we can keep caught up on dishes without the third person…..I’m hoping some of you guys either own or  work in a shop that has that set up. I would love to know how it works for you and PLEASE could you send some photos of your set up.

An underbar setup could work well but if you're trying to keep staff numbers down, you're probably better off installing an underbar dishwasher.  Look at companies like Eagle Mfg or Perlick for models.
