We are opening new Barefoot Coffee shop in Los Gatos.
Looking for professional Baristas to start and grow with us, huge opportunity for someone that is looking to become assistant manager and manager of the shop fast.

we will be using La Marzocco FB 80 espresso machine

Training to get up to speed on Barefoot Menu will be provided.

Applicants should have the following: - Superior Barista skills with an interest in the coffee industry - Be able to taste and describe coffee to customers, calibrate grinders, manually tamp espresso, and properly foam milk - Attention to detail - Must have excellent communication and customer service skills, and the ability to work well with others; - Must be flexible regarding scheduling of work hours; and must understand the importance of working as part of a team. - MUST be able to work three (3) to five (6) days a week and MUST be available to work weekends, part time positions available from 10 - 40 hours a week.
