Barista Video Contest

Hello fellow baristas!

I'm Sheli and I'm entered into a video contest with Allegro Coffee Company. I have submitted a video and my goal is to get enough votes for a chance to compete live at our annual gathering next month. Just voted and now I need an orange spice mocha lol

Thank you so much!!! Its pretty easy to make, just a little prep time and lots of spices to gather! Crush the spices to a very coarse "grind", heat your chocolate syrup on low on the stove and put your spices and orange zest in there. Let simmer while stirring occasionally for 15 minutes. Pour infused chocolate syrup through a mesh strainer and prepare like you would any mocha. :)
