We are working on starting a series of classes next week. I'm planning on doing 2, 30 minute classes with no more than 10 people starting at 11:30 on Saturdays. The class will change weekly (cupping, brewing at home, roasting, home roasting, seed to cup) I'm sure the best day and time will take some figuring out but I've decided to stop working it out in my head and just give it a go. I'll let you know how it all works out.
