I'm guessing that the thread was deleted. Basically, some kid came on complaining about how his Korean (how that is relevant I can't say for sure) boss was riding him because he made a drink and had 8z of milk waste - of course, this was "okay" because the shop "typically uses it all within a minute" (meaning that they reuse the milk), then gets really upset because the boss pushed his arms to the side because he's standing there defiantly with his arms crossed.

Quite frankly, I told the kid that he was wrong and that, if he worked for me, I would have fired him. Judging by the comment he left on my page, I can only guess the actual response he gave in the thread that led to it being pulled.

Guess he was looking for people to be sympathetic and hate on his boss with him.

I recall your response, Jay, and it seemed pretty reasonable to me. Employer grabbing you = bad. Having sloppy work habits = bad. I thought you hit the nail on the head.

I'd like to suggest a third possibility - OP may have slept on it an then deleted the thread himself.

One of the things that I love about this community is that you will be called out on stuff where justified, supported on stuff where justified, and often a little of both in the same thread. The comment on your page is pretty revealing.

I made the first reply, and that was fair summation of my post.

Never got the chance to see the half dozen or so replies after mine since thread got axed.
