I'm looking for baristas that can commit to 2 years, have open availability and work full time. I'm also looking for part time roasters, production experience is a must. 

baristas have averaged 15-25/hr with credit tips (not including cash) over the past year. We will offer health insurance in the fall of 2015. There are always 2 days/ week off, never any clopening, and a DYNAMIC barista team.

This is a HIGH VOLUME job with an expectation of productivity in downtime and the ability to accept constructive criticism. If you don't have work ethic or a great attitude, keep scrolling, because I will eat you for breakfast.
