Hi,
I require a little assistance with this problem. I just bought the swift.
I have come across this video which shows the solution:- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8oLknwNrhrU
However, the issue is that the instruction (in the video and the manual) tells me that I need to loosen the set screw and then twist the impeller clockwise by 360 degrees to increase the dose by about 1 gram of ground coffee.
All this seems to do is raise or lower the height of the impeller. I am still stuck with around 10-12 g of coffee no matter what i do.
I am using the Swift 22mm basket (and the VST 18g basket - ridged)
So it appears that no matter the change, the dose remains the same. There is only one way that I can get an 18g dose. I push the grind button twice. I'm sure this is not supposed to be how this works. Can anyone that has used a swift suggest what the issue might be?
Regards,
Alex

I'd also like to add that from a couple of hours of fiddling, the only way to raise the impeller (and the dose, supposedly) is counter clockwise and not clockwise as the manual and video suggest.
The instructions say clockwise when you look at it from the bottom. However, whether you look at it from the bottom of the top, it's still counter clockwise to raise the impeller.
