Does anyone know what happened to Cirqua Water Filtration Co.? I have been trying to call them and email them. There is no answer or even a voice mail.

Hi Scott,

I just started following the discussion.  I have an Easy 360 system, it is a combination RO and Charcoal System that I use at the coffeehouse.  I need filters for it.  Any recommendations on where to source the filters and RO membrane?

Many Thanks,

Rasheed

Hi Joseph - What system do you have?  Model number?  I'm guessing it' a high pressure system, since the low pressure systems still filter, via the prefilters, when they are in bypass. A pump for those can be sourced from other places besides Cirqua.  Let me know if you need help, I've been working on Cirqua systems for over 15 years ( I was trained by Nimbus Water - who makes the 800 RO for Cirqua).

Well Scott you seem to be a little bit out of touch. The machine that Nimbus made was from Cirqua's design, and they stopped makeing that machine for them over 15 years ago.  I myself designed with the assistance of the exclusive management team the new T&O, Easy systems, and the Formulator.  They are still in business, check out Facebook under Global Customized Water, and you will find the phone number. So I actually take your comments as an insult, for you are talking up Nimbus, while you obviously do not know what you are taking about.  Shame on you, Cirqua Puts Their hart and soul into our machines and products they MANUFACTURE and SELL.  I am no longer with the company, but I know the caliber of people who work for Cirqua, and feel I should post this...Every company goes through hard times, but rest asure that Cirqua (Global Customized Water) is there for their customers today, and always will be.

Cirqua didn't manufacture anything, as far as I know.  They just rebranded other peoples products.  Their RO systems were made by Nimbus Water.  Nanos by someone else.  Water Tec of Tucson carries parts (www.water-tec.com).  What do you need?

Brian, please refer to the original post before getting too offended about the situation.

If Global Customized Water was really as "there for their customers" as you say they are, their customers would not have to post on a discussion board to find out how to get support from them.

I'm sure the employees are great, but they have really dropped the ball on this transition. When you have a system that is down, you really don't have too much time to wait for a company to get their act together. I think we all appreciate the help that Scott and others have provided to confused former Cirqua customers.

Maybe I'm not searching correctly but I could not find Global Customized Water on Facebook. Does anybody else have success with this? Link? I'll try the Phone # again later today.

I have been trying to call at all hours of the day to reach global with no success. I have also sent e-mails with no success. I am now going to head to camarillo to try and find global. I will be there next week and I will let everyone know what I find. I can tell you that cirqua did manufacture their own products. I sold them parts for their products. I will gvet back to everyone.

Brian,

Which are the exact filters that I should order from Omni Pure and Osmotik?  I don't want to order the wrong ones.  Thanks for the info by the way.

They have a new name, but same great product...find them here!

Let's all wish them the best of luck and a big welcome back!

To All,

I just got a hold of Global Customized Water.  They do exist and I was their first call.  I spoke to Stacy and she said they will not be sending out service techs but, they will be adding technical assistance over the phone.  They can be reached at (805) 484-1589.  I will be going by their office next week to speak with them in person.

Hi Brian - Sorry if my posts hit you the wrong way.  I was just trying to help someone out.    As for Nimbus, I installed a Nimbus made (and probably designed), Cirqua branded RO not three years ago.  And I'm not pimping Nimbus, or I would have suggested Joseph give them a call, I didn't (and the fact that, as I said, they didn't have anything to do with his system).  I recommended a third party vendor who happens to carry parts and answers the phone.

I used to work for Cirqua's largest customer, in the coffee industry, for over a decade.  So I am very familiar with them, their service and products.
