Hey Dex,
I and a couple friends will be attending Coffee Fest. But, more important are the shops you should stop in at while you are there. The first is Bull Run, in Minneapolis. This is definitely the best shop in the area, and recently took that title from Kopplins according the city pages published in the cities. That is another shop you should stop by. Kopplins is located in Saint Paul, and is also a very good shop. The last recommendation I have is The Angry Catfish in Minneapolis. The Catfish features Intelligentsia coffee, and the usual synesso/clover combination. It is also a small bike shop.
