My first impression is that it's a bad link.

Sorry all the corrected site is:

http://lidgrabber@intuitwebsite.com

I requested information around a week ago (after John first pointed me to the site).

I haven't heard anything back from them yet.

John, this is your product and company, correct?  So you are looking for product and website feedback?

I have a couple of thoughts.

1. Some of the content on the page didn't load, apparently there was a plugin issue with Firefox, perhaps its just my installation though.  Did you check the page using Firefox, Explorer, and on mobile devices?

2. You probably don't need the step-by-step picture tutorial.  One or two larger photos that clearly show the product variations in use would probably do the trick.  I think pricing and product availability information would be welcome as well... that's probably going to be your number one question.  Are you looking to do single-unit direct sales, larger batch sales to chains, or is this something you'd hope to sell to someone like Espresso Parts or Visions Espresso?

3. You're pretty close to the line regarding this community's terms of acceptable use here.  Looking for product and website feedback is ok... blatantly advertising a product is not.

Hope that helps.

it seems like a good idea, but would it be as effective during a steady rush? i would try it but, like most baristas i know, im pretty solid on my routines and it might take a few times to get used to it.
I use Firefox. All I get is the Intuit business website design page. But Brady covered everything of value it seems.

john, hi...i didn't experience any problems with the site loading.  i'm mixed about the product though.  i just spent most of today emailing and talking with one county health department in an attempt to get a new location up and running, and, i spent the rest of my free time emailing and speaking with the public service authority (water and sewage) of the same county--i'm worn out!  my newest space falls within the guidelines of a full fledged restaurant, as opposed to a "simple" coffee shop or coffee kiosk.  the details are a bit overwhelming with trying to comply with all the various regulations.  i understand the goal of maintaining hygiene and cleanliness and high health standards, but at the same time, just some common sense ideas have gone right out the window.  so, eventually, it will be mandated that as a barista or shop owner or employee, i will not be able to touch any part of any cup lid with my naked hand!  omg!  don't get me wrong...i understand the good intention behind the product.  i'm afraid one day the health department will force me to wear the latex glove so i don't come in direct contact with the coffee bean.  one day it might be law that i can't inhale the fresh aroma of roasted coffee beans for fear i may also forget to turn away while exhaling.  surgeon's mask, please!!

good luck with your product!

I call McDonalds the "Mad Hatter" or the "Top Hat"  The LidGrabber will store 6 lids at a time speeding counter productions.

The ones that McDonalds used worked great. I installed several of their Franke Sinfonia's and had to train the employee's. I never really knew what it was called so "lid thingy" became its name. It was fast and put the lid on evenly without and hand contact. I tried finding a supplier for them with no luck.

Holding 6 lids at a time will be very effective and it takes no time to get used to it. My wife even likes it lol..

Thank you for your comments I can not beleive what it takes to run a coffee shop. You are right the health department will always find something. Just want to be one step ahead of them.
