I was looking at an old coffee magazine and I ran across an article about the Mud truck, and it got me thinking. How hard is it to convert a truck to be able to serve quality espresso drinks from? Have any of you ever done something like this? Here is the website for others who are interested
http://www.themudtruck.com/. So what do you guys think? Is this more of a niche idea that can only work in New York or something that could be used in a smaller city like Columbus to back up and existing shop? Personally the whole idea intrigues me.
