Cups fusion
Does anyone now where to get cups imprinted with your logo without a 100 case min. per size? We are using the fusion strofoam cups with our logo and we are happy with the cup we just can not buy 100 cases per size at a time. Also where would you store them. We do not need the sleeve with the fusion cups and we do not want to switch to paper. Is there a cheaper sleeve used more for the advertising where we could keep the fusion cup and put a sleeve on it with our logo? Any other thoughts would be welcome.

The purpose of the fusion cup is to be sleeveless, why spend the extra money on a fusion cup to only have to buy a sleeve. We are using Dart 12XL16, 16XL16 and 20XL16 along with 16EL lds. They are nice looking, don't need a sleeve and do a great job of keeping hot coffee hot and iced coffee iced, with mimimal heat transer to the customer's hand. The price is great and my customers love them.

If you are really sold on keeping that cup what about a logo sticker instead of a sleeve?? Or maybe a rubber stamp that you could roll around the side of the cup?
What I've seen done very effectively is using an ink stamp to customize the standard cardboard sleeves (or the hot-melt adhesive LBP). Paired with a plain white paper cup this is nice custom branding on the cheap.
Out of curiosity, why are you so sold on this cup and so against paper, given that this would be the logical choice for your custom branding strategy?
Hopefully someone else has something like you're looking for, though I suspect that many options would be cost-prohibitive. Good luck.

I am really not sold on the cup per say just like it for the logo and the fact i do not need the sleeve. We are looking for a good alternative without having to go with paper. We thought if there was a cheap sleeve just for advertising our logo that would be a good alternative. I am part of a small independent chain where every one must agree. Most do not want paper I just feel we still need the logo to be out there. I was hopeing some one eles had run into the problem.

Totally agree - the sleeveless cup is nice, as is having a branded cup.
We started out using a paper cup and ink-stamped sleeve, but have gone with an insulated paper cup because the customer preferred it to the separate sleeve. I do kind of miss having our name on the cup and would be curious to see what's out there too.

If you are looking for an inexpensive sleeve that works well, the Comfort Grip Wrap is an excellent option. If you use a plain paper cup, and ink stamp it or put a sticker logo on it, the Comfort Grip Wrap works great because it is transparent. Plus, it actually stays on the cup, unlike many ones that end up stuck in a cup holder. The minimum order is only 1 case because there is nothing custom about the sleeve. So, you can reduce your cup inventory & sleeve inventory and still have a custom look to promote your logo.

I sitill don't get the anti paper sentiment. IF you compost then paper is the way to go, cheaper and more eco-friendly.
and I think the stamp idea is the way to go, unless you can find a supplier who will store you printed cups for you, and then why not go for the 100 cases. I would imagine that if you are part of a chain using 100 cases of cups would be no problem.

Our small chain of stores use a Festiva Solo cup printed with our logo on it. Our supplier warehouses them for us but we have to pay for them first. It can be a problem if you have 4 sizes. They are a foam insulated cup that retain heat very well. We would like to go to a paper cup but I find paper to hot to hold and sleeves are another added expense and more work. We try to encourage our customers to use our travel mugs by providing discounts on drinks when they use them.

We tried different options but we did find a supplier to stock our cups without us purchasing them first but thanks for the input and ideas.

We used to use the Fusion cups, but we stopped because a lot of our customers complained about the foam, both for the fact that they are horrible for the environment and for them giving off flavors to the coffee (in my opinion both foam and paper give off flavors, just different ones). I actually just hated the cup for how they felt in my hand. It's a weird thing, but they just didn't fit, and they feel cheap, IMO.
We ended up going with the Insulair cup by Dixie. It felt the best in my hand (obviously the most important qualifier, haha) it's paper which solves the environmental side of things, and because it's insulated (and well insulated I might add) it hold's heat very well with minimal transfer to the hands. You don't need sleeves, so you keep your costs down pretty well.
They finally came out with a plain white Insulair cup, so you could just use a stamp for those and all of your problems are solved. You should seriously look into this cup.
