dalla corte machines?
yes i am aware that last year WBC machine test among 7 espresso machine manufacturers 3 manufacturers passed the WBC technical tests and became eligible for closed scene monetary bid to become the WBC sponsor in which they were nuova simonelli , dalla corte , la marzocco i am familiar with la marzocco and nuova simonelli but i've never heard dalla corte before ive heard they are the synesso of italy and they have excellent thermal stability and great espresso extraction but i want to learn more about the their machines

They are nice I saw one in action at the scaa show. James (pres of company), tore it down in like 2 min. Very easy to service. Very affordable too. I am thinking about selling my Nuova to get one in at my shop.

I agree they are a awesome machine. Easy and fun to use. I have had the pleasure of using them for a few days at a time and was thrilled with the results. I am putting up some links so you can watch videos of machine. I had a chance to work with a very good roaster, he brought his coffee here so we could dial in machine using the programming which can be done through a port using a laptop or via a optional hand held programmer. We were able to get his espresso to be exactly everything he had hoped for as far as taste by trying different temps, grinds etc. It was a lot of fun.The program allows you to set the exact temp for each group which has independent boilers and temp control. You can even perform diagnostics or even get POS info from the machine using the programs built in. It also has the ability to communicate with a grinder if you like. One of the best things is the machine has built in back flush capabilities. You push a button and it does the entire back flush for you . I am biased , but truly love this machine. Adam is right it is extremely easy to work on as everything can be reached easily and comes out from top or front of machine. James at Dalla Corte USA is extremely supportive as well as constantly working with factory to provide a better machine and they are working on some cool things . The home machines are well thought of as well.
