I help run an small coffee shop in Downtown DC and I'm looking for a wholesale ready made food distributor. We are prohibited by the terms of our lease to make our own sandwiches from scratch, so we need to find good quality, ready made food for our cold grab and go case, as well as panini and soups.

I may be revealing a bit of my inexperience here, but I have no idea where to look. We are currently using a very popular DC wholesaler, Bread And Chocolate, but we are looking for a smaller vendor who will be willing to build a menu with us.
