I am opening a Coffee shop in France and I am looking for information on feedback Ditting vs Mahlkonig EK43.
Indeed, I am thinking of buying and used Ditting (KR 804 or KR1403?)for pour over and a little bit of 250 g grinding for customers. As many people use the EK43, I am looking for feedback on the difference for pour over application.
As used Ditting grinder are easy to find, with the issue of burr prices, I was wondering if I could go for a Ditting without sacrifying quality.
