Espresso Bar (E Bar) @ Pacchia
We are the baristi of the Espresso Bar @ Pacchia- an independently owned and operated restaurant and bar in downtown Dayton Ohio. We find our second home in the heart of the historic Oregon District. We proudly serve Coffee Break out of Cincy, OH and Gimme! out of Ithaca, NY. With the advantage of a rich, colorful, and multi-talented staff, and the great fortune to have had a very promising group of past baristi and managers, we enjoy a comfortable coffee shop existence. We spend our time enjoying the challenge of educating each other in coffee and drink service, while supporting each other's personal forms of art, music, and activities in the city outside of work. I believe this quality is integral in the cultural position that we hold as operators of a neighborhood coffee shop and members of a subculture encouraging growth, personal expression, and enjoying the good and gratifying areas of life. Here's to good drinks. Hell yeah.
