Hello! 

I'm having trouble getting my groupheads on my two group Aurelia T3 to match, they are generally 3-4 seconds different (with the same dose-19g dry). We've called the manufacturer and we are trying to see if build up is causing the problem (we are in southern California so our water is stupid hard). We have Everpure water filters, but they are not cutting it. We will be installing a reverse osmosis system very soon to help any calcium problems... we got the machine used and it appears to have build up from the previous owner. 

Just wondering if anyone else has this problem and what I can do to fix it. We've begun try to clear any build-up inside the boilers to see if that helps. No luck yet.
