Fair Trade Chocolate Sauces (for mochas, hot cocoa, etc.)... What are the best options?

Okay, so I want a fair trade chocolate sauce that has no HFCS or Fructose. I've recently been convinced of the argument to ban HFCS, and I'm starting with my shop. What do you use?

just wanted to give a quick update about omanhene - i just got 20 lbs. of their bulk raw cocoa powder in today, and made a sauce with 4 parts cocoa, 6 parts raw sugar, and 5 parts water - it's quite nice. a lot of cherry and fruit up front with a bittersweet finish. i'm not sure how it would taste with white sugar, but it's definitely not your average chocolate. and it's pretty affordable at about $3.50/lb.
