Hello,

Just about to open a new cafe and I'm looking for an espresso machine. Fiorenzato's Ducale fits the cost/specification analysis, but I'd like to know what professionals think of it...

The cafe is small - 30 covers - and part of a garden nursery. That said, I really, really want to serve excellent coffee and want to get the machinery right.

Grinder could be a Fiorenzato Doge 63 that I've been offered at a very good price.

What do you all reckon?

Thanks for the help

Hmmm... never heard of it.

Do you see them in other cafes in your area?  If so, are they found in good cafes? How is their service network in your area?  Are there a couple of different techs that can service it?  Are parts easy to get?

Hppe that helps.

I haven't seen them anywhere around here, but to be honest South Devon is not a hot bed of espresso expertise... Tech support exists and servicing can be carried out. Fiorenzato make the Doge range of grinders, too:
