Foo-foo keep the doors open, but they ain't all fluffs!

Last six orders: (all shots pulled nekkid doppio) Guatemala Finca El Injerto shot, two small Guat Americanos (in cap cups), Delirium Blend macchiato, Sidamo SCFCU DP shot.

 

Ok, quick break from typing add an 8oz Delirium Americano, 16oz McLoughlin House Blend pour over (City+ roast blend of Central and South America coffees, very popular), and foo-foo of the bunch afternoon dessert bev' in style 12oz spiced mocha (doppio pulled into our custom chocolate sauce then Rattleware whisked and art poured with milk steamed with our spice blend of Viet' cassia cinnamon plus touch of allspice and ceyenne pepper).

 

Do what you do, and do it to the highest quality possible.

Nope not yet, but have two of four groups detergent backflushed. (Don't actually close for another 20 minutes:-)

Oops, sorry, got carried away, bad Head Bean, your hands will remain frosty in the morning, didn't mean to do all the dishes but well, I get on cleaning kicks too ya know:-)
