I've used everything from Fetco to Stanley airpots and they all lose their vacuum seal, which keeps it insulated, in no time. At least in my opinion. I would expect pots of this price to last longer than 7 months. Is that unreasonable? How fast do you guys go through them?
I contacted the popular espresso supply company I purchased them from to see if this is normal and if they would replace them but I either don't get a reply to my emails or no call backs from customer service, like they promised. Looks like after 7 years I'll be switching my espresso supply company as well.
What is your guys experience with airpots? What brand have you found is the best?

I've worked at the wholesale roasting/distribution level for two different companies and had nothing but good luck with Bunn, Fetco, and Zojirushi airpots/thermal carafes. Usually they last years and years. The only times I've seen them fail prematurely is when they were sent to certain "problem customers" who destroyed things constantly. Those usually came back with more than their fair share of dents and/or had been run through dishwashers that they weren't designed to go through.
Is there any chance these airpots are getting handled roughly or run through dishwashers? (most vacuum insulated products I've worked with are not dishwasher-safe.) If not, I'd say you've had some unusually bad luck. I don't know anything about Stanley airpots, but Fetco airpots, along with the others I mentioned, tend to be reliable in my experience.
Good luck on your next round. Sorry to hear about the trouble with your supply company. That's unfortunate.
