Great service, zealous owner and awesome coffee.
Cafe Imports possibly? I don't have personal experience with them but my old boss has started buying from them and so far no problems. I'm going to give them a try this summer when I get my roaster set up and see how they are for my self.

Are you home roasting or roasting for a cafe? aka how many beans at a time and what regions? Do you have a roaster already?

those are a few I have used in the past, and you can always do some leg work and contact a farmer/ farm rep if your lucky (which is what part of my week now consists of!)
coffee-importers.com is one that I have used.
They have a great variety and will sell green beans down to a pound, for a good price. Good service, and selection. There are a ton of coffee importers, just google coffee importers and you'll find a bunch. Don't forget shipping costs, it may be wise to find an importer close to you if you plan on buying large quantities.
Also Atlas coffee, atlasscoffee.com

Thats a rough question, I am partial to liking certain regions yes but I would say the best lots I have had by and large come from coffee shrub. They cost a little bit more but if you have the market for them it is worth it...but remember they may only be a temporary lot.
