not to be mean...but can't you just take a tape measure and measure a V60? I would assume you have one, seeing as though you are making a pourover bar.
Also not to be difficult here, but how do you know the Hario dripper is the right dripper for you. If you don't have access to one now, I assume you have not been using one. You wouldn't by a car without a test drive, right? Just asking the probing questions here.
Outer diameter is 10,5cm
Inner ring is 6,3cm
(Accuracy of measurements should be taken with a pinch of salt so please allow a error marginal of +/- 0,1 cm.)

Cars and drippers are comparable when the other one costs more than 15€ and runs with motor. Neither of those conditions is satisfied yet.
Here is ours,
I went with the plastic since I knew we would break the ceramic. The plastic can use a smaller hole, I think we went with 3". In hindsight I would have went with a 3.5" hole and then I could probably use any type.
It's a little tall for that size cup but it should handle a 12oz if needed. We may also add a bar mat of some type.
