How to fix a bunn axiom

A local restaurant using our coffee and is brewing with a bunn axiom. Recently, the brewer has been behaving inconsistently. Sometimes it will brew fine, other times it will not brew the full amount, or not brew at all. We have tried descaling the machine, and changing the soilenoid, but this did not appear to fix the problem. Any thoughts?

*Bad/Blown driver for the valve on the board.   

*Bad transformer/cap/power supply.  

*Incoming water supply issue

*loose electrical connection

 Do you know how to enter the service menu?
