In search of "recipe" book for espresso drinks....i want more precise measurements!!!
Hi. I have owned a shop for almost a year and have some concerns that we are not being as consistent with our drinks becuase we are not using measurement tools for syrups.....i also think we are wasting product. Anyone know of a website or book that has measurements per size of drinks? thanks....sue

Your syrup provider should be able to provide you pumps free of charge. They are typically 0.25oz per pump and will use 2-4 pumps per drink, depending on the taste your shop is aiming for. This reduces wasted product, improves consistency, and increase speed.
