I just bought a 12 kilo from US Roaster Corp in Oklahoma http://www.usroastercorp.com/ Good prices and it roasts great! Some software issues, but they are taking good care of me.

Ambex is a name I have looked at a lot. One of my frustrations on this issue is that many manufacturers don't post their prices online. How can I be sure I am getting a fair deal?

I don't know much about Toper. Tell me more.
