Here is something I thought worth sharing with y'all. It's been a buzz on twitter with some, and for good reason. I think this bodes well for the future of specialty coffee, baristas, and the public's perception of it.

Good find, Lorenzo. It's great to see such an extended (and accurate) national report on third wave shops. I think that such national coverage will continue as more shops do a progressively better job of portraying such excellence as is exhibited by the companies in this report. You're right, this does bode well for the future of specialty coffee in the US.
