I've been to J.P.'s a couple times and always have been served good beverages. 'Spro is roasted a little dark for my tastes, but is properly extracted. Had a cup of their 100% Kona and was very impressed. Nice acidity for a Kona and the floral and citrus notes came through well. I find a lot of Konas way too mild (read as boring) and this one certainly was not. Plus it's fun to stare at all of the new equipment in the training lab. If you are ever in the Holland area for any reason, they are a good stop for sure.
