I'm trying to get this unit back working again. Do you guys have any knoledge or Doc's/ manuals etc. on this unit. It seems simple to operate but I don't know how to trouble shoot it or the basic operation of it.

Ok, so it's not a commercial machine. It sure beats some of the plastic 300.00 so called home spro units. I got it free and want to see it work again. "It's alive" "It's alive". I hope to shout.
What's it do right now? Nothing?
Stephen,
It's sitting on my friends workbench. Yes, not even plugged in.

Hi Joe,

can you let us know if you switch it on after filling it with water, what works? You're asking us to test a machine over the internet that you haven't even plugged in yet? ;)
No, that's not exactly what I'm asking.
This little machine was given to me by the grocer across the street. He said it was working when he took it out of service. I took the machine over to my buddies who has a shop to help me with this "little project" I hope little project.
I have to run my roastery / coffee shop by myself or I would be over there with him to note down what it does do and what it doesn't do.
So far he, who by the way has had way less experience than me with small prosumer home units, did plug it in. Pump works, I think the heater works.
What I was hopeing to find was someone who may have some experience with this machine. I will post more information as I get it.
Thanks to all for comments and suggestions.

This place has manuals and such - not completely sure it would matche up with the model you have.

-- Stephen, many thanks. Nice site. Unfortunately it does not go back to the pub V model. I did find some nice some free schematics and parts lists on another site. Now if I can find some basic operation information. My helper did tell me that he maxed out the boiler with the manual fill thinking that it would just stop the flow when filled but it blew the pop off on the pressure safety valve. All while cold. ???? Still testing.
