Hi,
I found Frozen X-plosion and love it. For me, C&D Gourmet Coffee Company here in Olympia, Washington it is a local company located on Camano island near Seattle. This is a neutral base that is creamy and smooth. It is 100% Lactose free, (sodium caseinate: a milk derivative) no transfats, kosher certified. There web address is: www.frozenx-plosion.com. Okay, so I was hoping to find a vegan base without "sodium caseinate: a milk derivative" does such a thing exist?

This is an ice cream base but maybe could be adapted. I'll bet they'll send you a sample to play with.
